Involvement in our three fitness program choices is optional for all Best ‘O Lake participants: you decide whether you wish to be involved. There really is a program for you. We have a team of highly trained and experienced fitness professionals that will provide a fitness regime tailored to your requirements.

Fitness Program 1

This is found on our website under training programs. There is a range of training programs designed to cater for most fitness levels. You should select a self-managed program that is designed to match your current fitness level as determined by the time you recorded at the previous Best ‘O Lake.

Fitness Program 2

A variety of supervised training programs will be offered to walkers, joggers and runners – who then will be divided into groups based on current physical activity level. Our conditioning classes for 2014 start after Easter at a time and place to be confirmed. They will run every Tuesday and Thursday evening and will be Free of charge until 2014 for Best ‘O Lake members. If you want to improve your fitness status come an join us! A personal one to one training program organised and led by a selected staff of personal trainers. Contact Dr. Ian Bennett for more details

Weight Management Program

UFS have designed a personalised, tailored, professional weight management program for you. This program is due to commence in 2014. Keep an eye out here for further details.
